BOOKING & DEPOSITS
All appointments must be booked in advance. No deposit is required at this time, but this may change if late cancellations become frequent.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £14 fee.
• No-shows must pay 50% of the treatment cost before future bookings.
• Repeated late cancellations (two or more) may require full payment upfront.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you’re running late, please let me know. Your appointment may need to be shortened or rearranged if time does not allow.
CHILDREN & GUESTS
To maintain a calm, safe environment, please attend appointments without additional guests or children, unless agreed beforehand.
PATCH TESTS
Certain treatments require a patch test 48 hours prior. This is mandatory for your safety.
CONSULTATION FORMS
A consultation form must be completed before your first appointment for insurance purposes. Please share any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions so treatments can be provided safely.
